Review of Previous Designs:

Phase 1 – Concept Design:
Once the project brief is clarified, a design quotation and proforma invoice will be issued. The project is then assigned to our design department. A typical design phase for a display takes around 10–15 business days.
The final presentation includes renderings and overall dimensions for client review. Any necessary revisions will be applied accordingly.

Cost Estimation for Production:
After design approval, production costs will be calculated based on the requested quantity.
If a prototype sample is required, its cost will be approximately three times the per-unit production cost.

The Karabinesh Factory, covering 2,000 square meters, is located in the Jajrood Industrial Zone.
Over 90% of our production process is carried out in-house, ensuring maximum quality control.
 The remaining 10% involves limited outsourcing when necessary.

Engineering Department
In close collaboration with the design team, the engineering department ensures technical accuracy and production feasibility, maintaining full alignment with the approved design.

Procurement Department
Responsible for maintaining inventory levels and sourcing high-quality materials on time from competitive suppliers — based on predefined QC audit standards.

Warehouse Department
Includes separate storage for raw materials, semi-finished components, final products, tools, and waste.
By monitoring minimum inventory and reorder points, this department helps accelerate production while maintaining quality control.
